A conversation the assistant answered end to end without a person stepping in. Anything handed to a teammate is free, and so is a thread the customer abandons before the bot replies — you only pay for work that actually got done.
Nothing breaks. Extra conversations bill at your plan's per-conversation rate, and we email you at 80% so the overage is never a surprise. If you are consistently over, moving up a plan is cheaper — we will tell you when that happens.
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. If you decide not to continue, the widget simply stops answering at the end of it — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you have already paid for.
Yes — paying for twelve months up front takes 20% off every month, and the per-month figure on each card above already reflects it. You can switch to annual mid-term and we will credit the unused part of your monthly period.
